I've known Carlos for almost twenty years, he's worked on all my BMW's from 5 series to 3 series to X5 and beyond. Since he was a service technician at BMW of San Diego to BMW of El Cajon and now with his own service shop I take my BMW's to his shop. Without a doubt you won't find a better person and even better price for your BMW service.

This shop is incredible. It is a family run business and Carlos is the most honest mechanic in the business. He is more thorough than a dealership minus the prices. I would totally trust to bring all my cars to Rancho San Diego BMW repair. They run a very clean and professional shop right at the end of the 94 freeway. They specialize in BMWs but I've also taken my Ford there as well. From oil changes to complete new transmissions, Carlos can do it all. If you are in East County, don't take your car anywhere else other than RSD BMW Repair.

A lot of experience with Bmw cars, he is fairly efficient, I had a nasty Bmw electric problem, sorted it out in 2 hrs. Will happily go there again. Carlos is the best when it comes to Bmw. He can get things fixed that are usually done in official bmw garage, at reasonable prices.

I highly recommend Rancho San Diego BMW Repair. I have been coming here with Carlos for about six months to fix my vehicle, I own a BMW X5 and Carlos is always ready for customers and works around your schedule. He is an extremely knowledgeable mechanic and is very fast at getting the job done and ordering the needed parts with his discounted price. Very professional and fair, will definitely continue to come here, I highly doubt anyone can beat his prices! Oh and not to mention he always applies a 15% discount to all first responders which is awesome!

I've known Carlos for a few years now and will continue to bring any and all automotive services and repairs here. He has years of experience working for BMW with multiple specialty certificates giving him the knowlege to tackle most cars. He does specialize in BMW however works on all cars. I currently have a Cummins diesel and he also owns diesel trucks. Would recommend Carlos to all friends and family.

Carlos did a great job on the engine evaluation on my Mini Cooper. Heard he had BMW experience and know they make the modern Coopers so thought I would give him a try. Work was completed as promised and he met the quoted price even though it seemed to me he spent some extra time making sure the job was done right. Thorough evaluation with lots of detailed results and NONE of the 'upselling' of services you have fight off when working with a dealer or high pressure independent shop. Definitely a dependable source for high quality repairs.
